Welcome to Sunrise Staging, I’m Katie! For as long as I can remember I’ve had a love for home design, just ask my parents about me tackling a green sponge painted room at age 12, I’m sure I didn’t ask permission!
I’ve grown out of sponge painting (thankfully) and through the years developed a knack for home design. I love how a room can come together with furniture, decor, and lighting. A home where items are thoughtfully placed is not only functional but leads to a beautifully presented home. Drumroll please, one of the most important times to do exactly that is when you’re selling your home!

Selling a home is stressful. In my short life, my husband and I have sold three houses and bought four! I personally know getting a house ready for market with full-time jobs, two kids, and two dogs is, “Crazy Town!” However, the beauty of a well staged home from the start is receiving multiple offers within the first few days because your home is appealing to a mass amount of buyers. Reducing your time on the market not only means more money but you can return to living in your house, leaving dishes in the sink and everyone can go back to touching things!
